II) Google AdwordsConversion Tracking
In order to statistically analyze the use of our website in order to optimize its use we also use Google Conversion Tracking. Google Adwords saves a cookie (see article 4) on your device when you have been directed to our website via a Google Advertisement.
After 30 days these cookies lose their validity and cease personal identification. If the user visits particular websites from Adwords-customers and the cookie is still valid, then Google and the Customer and recognize, that the user clicked on a given advertisement and was directed to this website.
Every Adwords-Customer has a different Cookie. Cookies cannot be traced across the websites of separate Adwords-customers. The assistance of the Conversion-Cookies collects information which serve to provide conversion statistics for adwords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. The Adwords Customers are informed of the collective number of users that have clicked on their advertisements and have been transferred to another website with a conversion tracking tag. - In accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO the right to immediately demand the correction of incorrect or complete records of your personal-related data saved with us;
- In accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, the right to demand the deletion of your saved personal data, insofar as the processing and execution of this right does not coincide with the right to free speech and information acts, towards the fulfillment of a legal obligation on behalf of the public interest or enforcement, the exertion or protection of a claim is necessary;
- Under the terms of the contract Art. 18 DSGVO to demand limitations on the processing of your personal-related data. Should you however refuse the deletion and we no longer require the data, you may nonetheless enforce, exercise, or defend your rights from claim requirements, or under the terms of Art. 21 DSGVO have registered protests against the processing of your data;
- Under the terms of Art. 20 DSGVO, you have the right to demand or forward to other responsible entities your personally related data shared with us in a structured, comprehensible, machine-readable format;
- Under the terms of Art. 7 Abs. 3 DSGVO you have the right to recant your once given consent to us at any given time. This in effect influences that the data-processing on our behalf is in the future no longer consensual.
- Under the terms of Art. 77 DSGVO you have the right to register a complaint by the regulatory authorities. Generally you may do this at the typical regulatory authorities of your place of residence or work, or at our offices.
8. Right of Objection
Pertaining as the processing of your personally related data on the basis of your rightful interests as per terms of article 6. Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO, you have the right in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO to object against the processing of your personally related data, so far as reasons exist which you can produce indicating your special situation or direct the objection against direct advertisements.
